About The Audi Q7

Featuring an all-new design for 2027, the Audi Q7 offers up unbeatable everyday practicality without asking you to sacrifice any of the luxury or driving enjoyment that define the Audi brand. The Q7 comes with three rows of seats, a powerful V6 engine, and technology so advanced that the rest of the industry hasn’t caught up yet. This technology improves everything from the quattro all-wheel drive system to the sunroof, and even contributes to the good looks of the Q7. But the Q7 is also practical in more traditional ways, it comes with a choice of seating configurations, lots of cargo space, and a towing capacity that far exceeds what is offered by rivals. There is something for everyone in the Q7.

What’s New For 2027

The Q7 received a total redesign for 2027, so there’s quite a bit that’s new, and you can see that just from looking at it. Highlights include a new standard V6 engine that is considerably more powerful than the outgoing standard power plant, and all-new advanced exterior lighting. With the upcoming debut of the new Q9, the Q7 will no longer be Audi’s flagship SUV model, but it’s clear that Audi will still be adding flagship features to the Q7.

Audi Q7 Features

Audi Q7

Versatile Performance

In addition to being better-looking than its competitors, the Q7 also comes with an unusually high power output, thanks to the 2.9-liter twin-turbo V6 under the hood. This produces 429 horsepower and 442 lb-ft of torque, meaning that the Q7 can go from 0 to 60 in just 4.8 seconds. Helping with this is an advanced 8-speed automatic transmission and permanent quattro all-wheel drive, featuring a new limited-slip center differential with preload that improves traction and handling responsiveness. The Q7 also comes with a 7,700-pound towing capacity, making it a standout in a segment where most vehicles max out at 5,000 pounds. The Q7 comes with a sophisticated suspension setup, but this can be further enhanced with the available adaptive air suspension.

Audi Q7 Interior

Luxury Interior

Activate the available app-controlled doors and they open to greet you into the spacious Q7 interior. The Q7 is offered with a choice of six- or seven-seat configurations. The six-seat version ditches the second-row bench in favor of a pair of captains’ chairs. The Q7 is also good at carrying cargo. Behind the third row of seats there is 15.1 cubic feet of cargo space. That’s more than you get in the trunk of the A8, Audi’s biggest sedan. Fold down the back two rows of seats and the Q7 can carry a massive 78.1 cubic feet of cargo. Audi put an emphasis on high quality materials for the interior of the Q7, including leather seat upholstery and open-pore wood trim. The Q7 has always had an impressive stereo system offered with it, and the available 1,360-watt, 22-speaker 4D system made by Bang & Olufsen is certainly no exception. It includes adaptive Fraunhofer Symphoria® technology to tailor your listening experience for an ideal listening experience every time.

Audi Q7 Advanced Turn Signals

Advanced Technology

Audi has always been a technological pioneer, and this has been one of the biggest things that has set it apart from the competition. For example, the Q7 has an available electrochromic panoramic sunroof, one that can switch from transparent to opaque with the touch of a button. This is something that can be found in other luxury vehicles, but in the Q7, it also opens, which you don’t get with competitors. The taillights on the Q7 are OLED panels with 436 individual segments that you can customize with your preferred design. The Digital Matrix headlights are made of 25,600 individually controllable LEDs that adapt to conditions to give you maximum illumination without blinding other drivers. Even the turn signals are advanced in the Q7, projecting arrows onto the road to the sides of your vehicle when activated for a bit of extra visibility. And for tight parking situations, the Q7 has available Remote Park Assist Pro, which allows the vehicle to park itself, even if you aren’t in it.
