What's New for 2023

There are a number of key updates to the Audi A5 model range for the 2023 model year. All A5 Sportback, Coupe, and Cabriolet models now come standard with new 18-inch alloy wheels and Matrix LED headlights. New standard features on A5 Coupe models also include S line exterior design decor, illuminated door sills, gray oak natural wood inlays, and sport front seats. Premium Plus A5 trim levels now come standard with the Bang & Olufsen 3D sound system as well. Finally, last year's Quantum Gray exterior paint has been replaced with Chronos Gray for 2023 across the A5 model range.

A5 Coupe

The athletic appearance of the A5 Coupe is supported by the Singleframe® grille, the iconic full LED headlights, and LED taillights. The tilting and sliding panoramic sunroof offers both the front and rear passengers a virtually unobstructed overhead view while flooding the cabin with natural light.

A5 Cabriolet

Compared to the previous generation, the wheelbase of the A5 Cabriolet has grown by 0.6 inches while the overall length has grown by 1.9 inches. Inside, it gains more front shoulder room and rear legroom. The fabric top can be conveniently lowered in 15 seconds and closed in 18 seconds while the car is moving at speeds of up to 31 MPH.

Drawing inspiration from its larger A7 sibling, the A5 Sportback maximizes practicality without making any compromises on its sleek coupe-like styling. With two rear doors and 35 cubic feet of cargo space with the rear seats lowered, this Sportback fits into whatever plans you have.

Innovative Technology

Customize your dashboard of information to display Google Earth™ navigation or switch to analog gauges with the available fully-digital 12.3-inch Audi virtual cockpit found on the Audi A5. Available MMIⓇ touch adds handwriting-recognition technology allowing the driver to "write" their entry rather than selecting letters or numbers. A full-color head-up display projects relevant vehicle information including speed and navigation directly onto the windshield.

Driver Assistance Systems

Available advanced safety systems found across the Audi A5 lineup gives drivers an extra set of eyes in a variety of situations. Audi Pre SenseⓇ city can detect stationary vehicles and pedestrians along with warning you in the event of an imminent collision. Optional Rear Cross Traffic Assist uses radar sensors and optical warnings to alert you of approaching vehicles. Available Vehicle exit assist alerts drivers to vehicles or cyclists approaching from behind when the doors are open.
